Delay December IotM?

If we use the regular schedule, voting will only go on for just over three days. So, I propose the following:

• Delay the end of the December voting and the start of January nominations to January 3rd, giving a full week for voting
• Delay the start of January voting to January 17th

The January voting will end on the usual day, so we'll still have two weeks for next month's nominations and voting each while giving a better amount of time to vote in December. Nominators and Voting

I thought that nominators were not allowed to vote on their nominees based on their nomination really counts as an automatic vote. However we seem to have allowed nominators to vote this time. We should finalise a rule about this. User:Kjhf/Sig 10:41, 18 March 2016 (UTC)

I think nominators have been voting on their nominee for a while, but I suppose it's pretty pointless so after this month it could be made a rule. 11:22, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
