Even if a user nominates themselves other users can vote on if a user should or should not have patroller or admin rights. If someone nominated themselves or is nominated by another user for bureaucrat rights, only admins and bureaucrats can vote. Odd (Talk) 16:04, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
