Use
- The Bloblobber Deco is a long-ranged weapon with high damage, making it a quick splatter if all bubbles land.
- This has slower firing rate than the Slosher, so try to land all bubbles.
- To do this, you need to time the bubbles since they are delayed.
- This has slower firing rate than the Slosher, so try to land all bubbles.
- The Bloblobber itself can be used to pressure opponents because the shots are delayed, and you can surround the enemy with bubbles by moving the camera sideways.
- The Sprinkler can also ink places while you are fighting to build up the special gauge.
- Sub Power Up wouldn't be that useful because it only increases the time of the Sprinkler. It can only be useful if you place it in enemy ink, and they ink the area the Sprinkler is in, but they dont break the Sprinkler.
- Suction-Bomb Launcher can be used to force opponents out of an area, such as away from the Zones in Splat Zones, or away from the Rainmaker. It can also be used to pop the Rainmaker's Shield quickly to push throught the enemy's territory.
Synergy
The Bloblobber Deco is best paired with slayers with short range like Kensa Splattershot or Clear Dapple Dualies to help deal pressure and maybe deal damage.
Countermeasures
- Since the Bloblobber Deco has very long range, use something that outranges it, such as the Dynamo Roller or the Hydra Splatling.
- The Bloblobber also has a slow fire rate and its shots are in a line, so you can use dualies, preferably Dualie Squelchers, or anything else with high mobility to dodge the bubbles.
- The Sprinkler can also deal 20 damage, so try to destroy it as soon as possible, but beware of incoming opponents.
- When using the Suction-Bomb Launcher, the user can use their main weapon, so be careful and try to keep a safe distance.
Gear Ability
This will increase the ink coverage, which is helpful because it makes the paint of the Bloblobber Deco’s projectiles more consistent and can contribute to the charging of your special.
The Bloblobber Deco consumes a lot of ink, so using this ability will contribute to increasing your up-time with usage of the main weapon.
Bloblobber Deco’s special, Suction Bomb-Launcher, is very useful for things such as pushes, defense against pushes, capping the Zone, pressuring, and more, so it’s a good idea to use this ability if you favor gaining your special faster.
The projectiles Bloblobber Deco throws out are very bouncy and often end up everywhere. Due to the nature of your projectiles, you end up hitting a lot of random enemies, so this ability will allow you to capitalize off of this fact and gain information about the whereabouts of enemies you tag.
Last-Ditch Effort activates when the timer hits 0:30 or, if in Ranked or League battles, the enemy’s point counter reaches 50 and gradually grows stronger, maxing out when the enemy’s point counter hits 30. This ability grants you 24 AP of Ink Saver (Main), Ink Saver (Sub), and Ink Recovery Up when at full effect. Bloblobber Deco can make use of this ability extremely well as all the boosts will grant you extreme ink efficiency, letting you utilize your Sprinklers and main weapon with more leniency which can prove to be helpful on either defensive situations where you must push back against the enemy team or offensive situations where you have major control against them.
