The egg cannon is used during Salmon Run Next Wave in Splatoon 3. It is used to launch Golden Eggs at King Salmonids and Boss Salmonids to deal massive amounts of damage (roughly 800 damage). Unlike the usual Egg throw, the egg cannon is free to use, but will cause Golden Eggs to break when they fall on the ground or hit a target.
