Description
Much like all other ω-3 songs, Frothy Waters utilizes cellos, timpanis and electronic sounds. Uniquely, at the end of every measure, the next measure contains an extra beat, starting from a single beat then all the way up to 16, where this pattern stops and the song continues. The original melody returns at 1:18, with the pitch and tempo increasing exponentially over time until the song ends.
The time signature changes very frequently as a result of the incrementing beats. While it starts at 4/4, it transitions to a 10/8 time signature, with every new measure adding a new beat, so 11/8, 12/8, and so on, continuing up until 0:50.
Trivia
- This is the only Salmon Run song that does not loop indefinitely, instead being 100 seconds long to match the length of a wave in Salmon Run.
- When requested through the jukebox, the song loops after a short delay following its usual ending.
