In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by Zekko and comes with the primary ability Sub Power Up.
It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
2,000 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 4,000.
Appearance
The Green-Check Shirt is a long-sleeved button-down shirt that is white with green plaid. It has gray buttons that go left over right, and at the left side of its hem is a small white label with an even smaller 
Zekko logo.

Abilities
The Green-Check Shirt comes with Bomb Range Up as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the Green-Check Shirt comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Zekko gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Saver and a lower chance of rolling Special Charge Up to fill its secondary ability slots.

The Green-Check Shirt comes with Sub Power Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 2-star item, the Green-Check Shirt comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Zekko gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Saver and a lower chance of rolling Special Charge Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
