Sheldon's Introduction

The mechanics of the Heavy Splatling are similar to those of a charger, but it's in a weapon class of its own! Hold down ZR to compress your ink, and then release ZR to unleash a fat stream of ink! Each charge uses a huge amount of ink, and charging it leaves you exposed for a while. If you use the File:S2 Weapon Sprinkler .png [[]] well, you can keep a route open as you prepare to deal a death blow with the File:S2 Weapon Sting Ray .png [[]]! This Splatling cannon's power will make even charger users jealous!

The Heavy Splatling appears to be a powerful weapon, capable of firing many small blasts of ink at once with damage equivalent to the Dual Squelcher, high range (about that of a Jet Squelcher), and a fast rate of fire. The sub is a File:S Weapon Splash Wall .png [[]] and special is an File:S Weapon Inkstrike .png [[]].

Charge it up and let 'em have it with all six barrels! A maximum charge will unleash the full rapid-fire potential of this weapon.
— In-Game Description
This baby packs six barrels full of ink. Charge it up and let your enemies have it! Need some cover? Not a problem. Throw down your File:S Weapon Splash Wall .png [[]]! This bad boy also comes with the Inkzooka Inkstrike (Sorry squidfriends, I am too excited to read properly) as a special weapon. It might just be the best weapon for squids that have watched too many 80′s action movies!

Sheldon's Introduction

The Heavy Splatling is kind of similar to a charger, but it belongs to a whole new weapon class! Hold ZR to pressurize the ink, and then release it to splatterize your foes like DAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKA!! But it uses a lot of ink and takes a while to charge, so this weapon can leave you exposed. Using the File:S Weapon Splash Wall .png [[]] to impede your foes before unleashing an File:S Weapon Inkstrike .png [[]] can be rather effective!(NA)[a]
