The Hero Brella is a brella in Splatoon 2 that is exclusively used in Octo Canyon.

Description

The Hero Brella has a design very similar to the Splat Brella and is usable in Octo Canyon and can now be upgraded one level. Like all Hero weapons of Splatoon 2, they come with switchable Sub weapons of Splat Bombs, Curling Bombs and Autobombs. It is loaned by Sheldon during the Propellerland level and can be used in missions after beating the level. Beating all missions in Octo Canyon unlocks the Hero Brella Replica for purchase at Ammo Knights.

  • Lv.1: Has Blue Lights
  • Lv.2: Has Red Lights and requires 1500 Power Eggs and 3 Sardinium. Increases brella protection and shortens brella recovery time.

Hero Brella Replica

Main article: Hero Brella Replica

The Hero Brella Replica is a reward in Splatoon 2 unlocked for purhcase at Ammo Knights by beating all missions with the Hero Brella. It is a brella-type main weapon and is visually identical to the Hero Brella. Despite its unique appearance, it is simply a reskin of the Splat Brella, sharing the same stats and loadout, Sprinkler and Ink Storm.

Trivia

  • Although the Hero Brella was usable from launch in the single player, the Hero Brella Replica could not be bought at Ammo Knights after completing all missions with the Hero Brella until 12 August 2017 at 02:00 UTC, when its counterpart the Splat Brella was released.
