Hotlantis is a general store run by Harmony in Splatoon 3. It is located in Splatsville.

Description

Hotlantis sells stickers, posters, and other cosmetic items for decorating in the locker room. Items can be purchased with cash earned from multiplayer matches. The store's in-game catalog features seasonal items that are collected as the player's catalog level goes up. The catalog is also swapped out for a fresh one with new items every few months. The manager of Hotlantis is rarely present, so the shop is instead run by Harmony, one of its frequent customers.

Quotes

Fortunately, cool stickers and other decorations can be obtained locally at Hotlantis. Nobody knows the store better than Harmony, who has spent so much time shopping there that the owner pretty much leaves her in charge. Check in daily for a rotating selection of goodies!

Oh, you can also get your catalog at Hotlantis! The catalog is filled with seasonal gear and items that you can collect by participating in battles and taking on Salmon Run jobs. There's a new one every three months, so you'll always have a fresh selection to keep you busy.

Visit Hotlantis in #Splatoon3 to grab items to snazz up your locker, as well as a seasonal catalog offering various goodies such as Splashtags and seasonal gear. Not sure where the owner is, but former regular Harmony tends to the store on their behalf.

Trivia

  • The signatures on the exterior of Hotlantis appear to belong to a number of in-universe musicians from Splatoon and Splatoon 2. Callie and Marie's signatures from Splatoon 2 can be seen on the central panel, and various other signatures have text that resembles a combination of English and Japanese writing (such as a signature that resembles "Mやや" likely being Mayaya from Ink Theory). A handful of signatures additionally feature the physical characteristics of musicians, such as a signature featuring a drawing of Murasaki's face.
  • Some of the items shown inside the shop resemble real-life merchandise, such as squid and octopus plush keychains from the CROSSING SPLATOON collection.
  • It is revealed in Sunken Scroll 17 that the owner of Hotlantis is named Barry C.
  • In the Splatoon 3 announcement trailer, Hotlantis was seen to be closed and non-existent at the time.
