Also clarified that the inability to refill also applies when not submerged in ink (in both S1 and S2: Octo Expansion). Also "test failed" liquid bag.

Second, changed S3 Hero Suits ink tanks so that they are referred to as "first" and "second" ("chaotic" and "agent" were speculative) as well as clarifying their color and (apparent) material.
