Layered Vector LS
The Layered Vector LS is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
In Splatoon, it is a 2-star item produced by Takoroka and comes with the primary ability Special Saver.
It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 
2,500.
In Splatoon 2, it is a 1-star item produced by Takoroka and comes with the primary ability Special Saver.
It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
1,200 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 3,000.
Appearance
The Layered Vector LS consists of a short-sleeved dark teal shirt and the dark gray shirt worn underneath. The teal shirt has a row of arrows across the chest in bright red, a similarly colored Takoroka logo on the lower back, and a small blue tag at the hem with another Takoroka logo in black. The gray shirt has sleeves that fall halfway between the elbow and wrist and pokes out from under the teal shirt at the bottom.

Abilities
The Layered Vector LS comes with Special Saver as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the Layered Vector LS comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Takoroka gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Charge Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Duration Up to fill its secondary ability slots.

The Layered Vector LS comes with Special Saver as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 2-star item, the Layered Vector LS comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Takoroka gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Charge Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Power Up to fill its secondary ability slots.

The Layered Vector LS appeared in a Twitter post showcasing various shooter-class weapons on 2 May 2022. The rarity, cost, ability and other information regarding the gear item is currently unknown.
