In Splatoon, it is a 1-star item produced by Rockenberg and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main).
It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 
800.
In Splatoon 2, it is a 1-star item produced by Rockenberg and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main).
It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
800 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 2,000.
Appearance
The Lumberjack Shirt is a collared yellow top with brown plaid stripes, cuffed sleeves, and black buttons up the front. There is a pocket on the right side of the front of the shirt.

Abilities
The Lumberjack Shirt comes with Ink Saver (Main) as the primary ability. As a 1-star item, the Lumberjack Shirt comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Rockenberg gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Run Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Swim Speed Up to fill its secondary ability slot.

The Lumberjack Shirt comes with Ink Saver (Main) as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 1-star item, the Lumberjack Shirt comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Rockenberg gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Run Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Swim Speed Up to fill its secondary ability slot.

- The Lumberjack Shirt had been in the game's data files since the original release, but was not made available until Version 2.3.0.
