It is a 3-star item produced by Forge and comes with the primary ability Run Speed Up.
It can be purchased from Headspace for 
8,500 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 12,750.
Appearance
The Moist Ghillie Helmet is a combat helmet layered with pieces of seaweed. The color on the ends of the seaweed change with the wearer's ink. The helmet also comes with black face paint in the shape of arrows under the wearer's eyes.

Abilities
The Moist Ghillie Helmet comes with Run Speed Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Headgear. As a 3-star item, the Moist Ghillie Helmet comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Forge gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) to fill its secondary ability slots.
