Neo Splash-o-matic

Template:Infobox weapon The Neo Splash-o-matic is a Shooter Main Weapon in Splatoon and was released on July 22nd 2015 at Template:UTC. It is the Neo version of the Splash-o-matic.

Description

A Neo variant of the the Splash-o-matic. Its attack power is slightly better than the Aerospray MG and RG, but has a slightly diminshed rate of fire equal to the Splattershot Jr.. Similar to the N-ZAP '85 this shooter has unusually high accuracy. This weapon comes with the Burst Bomb Sub Weapon and Inkzooka Special Weapon.

Sheldon's Introduction The Neo Splash-o-matic has the same capabilities as the original set, but with new sub and special weapons. Recomended abilities

Because of the Neo Splash-O-Matic's small range, equip Bomb Range Up to improve distant combat with Burst Bombs. Increasing damage allows users to splat opponents that have Defense Up more easily with Burst Bombs. With Ink Saver (Sub), users are able to throw Burst Bombs at a more frequent rate, improving distant combat. Using Special Charge Up allows users to more frequently pull out the Inkzooka to take out opponents from range.

Name Origin

Neo Splash-o-matic is derived from Splash and Automatic, plus the prefix Neo, Ancient Greek for new. The prefix Neo is also used to differentiate it from the Splash-o-matic. This trait is shared among the other alternate sets of the Neo brand. The -o-matic suffix is also a common, cliché naming convention for technological gadgets.

シャープマーカーネオ shāpu mākā neo is in reference to the pen-based appearance of the Neo Splash-o-matic. Like the English name, Neo is also used to differentiate it from Sharp Marker.
