The player must break all sixty of the crates in a single shot.
Final checkpoint
The area consists of a rectangular platform with stacks of crates in the distance. In front of those crates move three Balloon Fish from side to side.
Tips
The player is equipped with either the E-liter 4K or the E-liter 4K Scope. To hit the Balloon Fish and destroy all the crates, the player must shoot slightly before the bottom Balloon Fish reaches the center to make up for the time it takes for the Balloon Fish to explode.

The title and subtitle are references to the lyrics "You only get one shot / Do not miss your chance to blow" in the song Lose Yourself by Eminem, from the soundtrack of his 2002 movie 8 Mile.
Despite being called "One-Shot Station", there are several methods of performing several shots.
It is also possible to win without busting every crate, as damage from falling ink can break them.
The orange crates spell out the Japanese word for octopus, タコ tako.
