Power Mask
The Power Mask is headgear in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It is a 2-star item produced by [[File:amiibo_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand and comes with the main ability Lua error in Module:Ability at line 29: attempt to concatenate local 'linkText' (a nil value). in Splatoon and Lua error in Module:Ability at line 29: attempt to concatenate local 'linkText' (a nil value). in Splatoon 2.
It is available in Splatoon and Splatoon 2 as a reward through the Splatoon series 
Inkling Squid (Splatoon) amiibo.
It cannot be ordered through Spyke or Murch.
Appearance
The Power Mask is a large, bulky helmet. It has a main section made of shiny black metal that is about as wide as the wearer's shoulders. Curving around the back and sides is a light gray piece with darker gray spots toward the bottom. In the place of eyes, there is a bright strip of light that changes color to match that of the wearer's Ink, with larger shapes on both ends that give the impression of eyes on the sides of the wearer's head. Over the nose and mouth are three thick tubes, each with a pattern in black as well as the wearer's Ink color. These tubes, the "eyes" on the sides of the head, and the roughly triangular shape of the helmet itself give it a squid-like appearance.
Because of its unusually large size, the Power Mask, along with the rest of the Power Gear, often clips with the wearer's body and/or surroundings.

As a 2-star item, it also has two slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the [[File:Cuttlegear_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand, all abilities have an equal chance of being rolled.

Unlock
To unlock the Power Mask, the player must play the first set of missions from the Inkling Squid (Splatoon) amiibo:
- 1. Octotrooper Hideout — Catch That Zapfish!
- 2. Lair of the Octoballs — Splat Your Way to the Top!
- 3. Rise of the Octocopters — Leap to Victory!
- Boss 1: Squish, Squash, Smash... The Mighty Octostomp!
The Power Mask is received after completing the first boss challenge.
