Appearance
The Rainy-Day Tee is a sky blue short-sleeved shirt. On the front are some Inkling letters printed in yellow, and on the bottom is a tiny black tag with what is most likely the Krak-On logo in white. On the back is a full-size version of the Krak-On logo in yellow, with the same text from the front repeated below it, though slightly smaller.
Abilities
The Rainy-Day Tee comes with Ink Saver (Main) as a main ability. As a 1-star item, it also has one slot for a secondary ability. Since it is made by the Krak-On brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Swim Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Defense Up.

- At just 300 cash, the Rainy-Day Tee is the cheapest purchasable piece of gear with Ink Saver (Main) and is tied with the Sunny-Day Tee for cheapest purchasable clothing in the game.
