It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 700 cash.
Appearance
The Sailor-Stripe Tee is a short-sleeved shirt with blue and white horizontal stripes and a thin orange outline at the collar. It has a breast pouch on the left side that follows the same blue and white stripes pattern, but slightly shifted so that it can be told apart from the rest of the shirt. There is also a tiny, light blue tag with the Splash Mob logo on it in white at the right side of the hem.
Abilities
The Sailor-Stripe Tee comes with Run Speed Up as a main ability. As a 1-star item, it also has one slot for a secondary ability. Since it is made by the Splash Mob brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) and a lower chance of rolling Run Speed Up.
