The Splattershot Pro is a Main Weapon in Splatoon and Splatoon 2.

Description

More powerful than the Splattershot, it is an advanced in terms of power and rate of fire, making it easy to use for more experienced players. It comes in a set with the Splat Bomb and Inkstrike in Splatoon.

An updated Splattershot developed with advanced battlers in mind. Consumes a lot of ink and has a slow rate of fire, but its range and accuracy are vastly improved.

Sheldon's Introduction

The Splattershot Pro was developed for more advanced users by the team behind the Splattershot! Unbalance your foes with Splat Bombs and Inkstrikes, and then hit them with superb range and accuracy!

Its ink efficiency and fire rate aren't as good as the standard Splattershot's hence the "pro."

Notes

Thanks to its high damage output and long range, the Splattershot Pro is great for engaging opponents, but less effective at spreading ink. This makes it well suited for Splat Zone matches. Consider using Ink Saver (Sub) for this one-- it'll leave you more ink after using a Splat Bomb so you can continue your assault. Use Splat Bombs to force enemies out of hiding, then splat them with your primary weapon.
