Steel Greaves
The Steel Greaves are a pair of shoes in the Splatoon series.
They are a 2-star item produced by amiibo and come with the primary ability Object Shredder. They are only available from the Octoling Boy amiibo. They cannot be ordered from another player.
Appearance
The Steel Greaves are a pair of medieval knight's boots that look silver in color. They come up to the wearer's knees.

Abilities
The Steel Greaves come with Object Shredder as the primary ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Shoes, prevents the wearer from also having Drop Roller or Stealth Jump. As a 2-star item, the Steel Greaves come with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since they are made by the amiibo gear brand, they have equal chances to roll any secondary ability.
Trivia
- During the Knight vs. Wizard Splatfest, if the player was on Team Knight and they were wearing the Steel Helm and the Steel Greaves, their Splatfest Tee would change into the Steel Platemail.
