:Well, it can be seen as a pun on two distinct word meanings: association as in "the act of associating" (in this case referring specifically to the mentioned psychoanalytical technique) as well as the fact that the group is an association as in "a group of persons associated for a common purpose; an organization; society" (referring both literally to the fishlike characters that have been confirmed to make up the musical group, and also the mentioned sociopolitical concept). {{User:Driftin Soul/Sig}} 21:15, 2 June 2024 (UTC)
