not a DLC
As far as I know, the weapon was NOT released as a downloadable content, because no download was needed to obtain the weapon (same for the new maps and ranked mode), at least for retail version. It was just "unlocked". Sure, a patch for the game, which brought it to version 1.2.0, came shortly after, but it was just necessary to fix some things (low FPS in Inkopolis, glitch which allowed to upgrade items without paying 30,000 money, etc)--Clodi95 (talk) 10:49, 16 June 2015 (UTC)
- It counts as the WiiU had to download the unlock for it (though this is done in the background). However, to avoid confusion, we could rename DLC and its category to Unlock Content or similar. User:Kjhf/Sig 12:15, 16 June 2015 (UTC)
