Special points change
At some point in Splatoon 2 they nerfed it by making the points needed for special from 170 to 180. I don't know which patch it was so if anyone knows please enter it in the updates section. Consider that the weapon came out on September 23rd and I remember this being changed before 2.0.0 so it had to be somewhere between 1.4.0 to 1.4.2 RBP fan (talk) 06:39, 14 December 2017 (UTC)

- Loadout.ink used info from a datamine of version 1.1.2 of the game. See the datamined info here. The author of loadout.ink apparently never checked the value when the weapon was actually released. It was 170p in the game's data according to that datamine, but was changed at some point before the weapon was released. It was never actually playable with 170p.
