From the outset I would like to make clear I don't intend this as just like aimless "lore discussion", but just questioning how much of this page's wording might be based in speculation, or at least jumping to conclusions.
<br>The page currently seems to treat [[List_of_Sunken_Scrolls_in_Splatoon_3#Scroll_24|Sunken Scroll 24]] as "confirming" that there are 3 separate Staff that all share the alias Marigold, but personally I had interpreted it as being a list of aliases used by the same person with several fake IDs, considering the "Subject Name: Marigold" part is singular. (Of course, I can only speak for the English version, so I'm not sure if other languages would point more in any specific direction.)
<br> Additionally, in the Inkopolis Plaza DLC [https://twitter.com/mettyaufo/status/1630387257873174528 the Staff is specifically coded to not appear in more than one place at once], which could be taken to imply that it's only a single person moving to different locations. (Or alternatively, multiple people that just avoid being seen in the same place at once, so I suppose there's not really a specific conclusion to be drawn from this...)
<br>I'm not completely certain, but perhaps it could be better to rephrase the page in a way that's less certain about Staff being multiple separate people, since as far as I can tell it still seems somewhat ambiguous? Deep Cut's [[Sturgeon Shipyard/Quotes|Splatfest dialogue]] for Sturgeon Shipyard mentions Staff hanging around there (described as "the Recon Guide" and "the Crab-N-Go lady". Considering what Pringlesfan said above, I feel like the Sunken Scroll is misinterpreted to suit the impression that we had of the character pre-release. I don't have much more that can be said that hasn't already been said, but I have the Japanese text for the scroll:
