Policy for non-splatoon content?

I was thinking that maybe we should have a policy for non-Splatoon content like this? It could help us keeping the Wiki more focused.

PS: I made this template to show what I was thinking. I also mentioned this on the Ink Pump, but that never seems to get a lot of attention.
