What file limit is the maximum for the under construction?

Is it 5,000 bytes? 6,000? I want to know. KPOfficial26 (talk) 02:02, 18 January 2023 (UTC)

Reasons

Can this template have a 'reasons' section, similar to the {{Stub}} template? Sometimes reasons are given under this template, rather than an estimated date to when the page will be finished, but it's hard to understand what the reasons are because it is written weird... hence why I think a reasons section would be of use. -Random 15:33, 11 October 2023 (UTC)
