This article is about train stations in Splatoon 3. For other stations, see Station.

Train stations are a feature in Splatoon 3. They can be used to access other hub areas, as well as the Order Sector to access Side Order. The train station can be used by selecting it from the menu, or by approaching the train station and pressing to "Ride Rail". They are located in Splatsville, Inkopolis Plaza, and Inkopolis Square, but not the Order Sector. To exit the Order Sector, the player must open the menu and press to "imagine" the last hub area they were in.

Description

Splatsville

The Splatsville train station is located at the top of the stairs on the left, near the lobby. It is a large green and dark grey building. It has a modern style and is surrounded by windows. At the entrance, there is an escalator going down. On top of the building is a large chicken statue, with two eggs. It was busy being rebuilt before Wave 1 of the Splatoon 3: Expansion Pass. Its completion was announced on Anarchy Splatcast, where Deep Cut were glad that it was finished, and were looking forward to being able to travel to Inkopolis quickly. Despite being excited about the station being finished, Shiver and Frye were also annoyed that people could come from Inkopolis to Splatsville as well.

Inkopolis Plaza

The Inkopolis Plaza train station

The Inkopolis Plaza train station is located on the opposite side of the plaza to the Inkopolis Tower. Before Wave 2 of the Splatoon 3: Expansion Pass, it was simply called "Inkopolis". In Splatoon, there was no station, though the train still went past Inkopolis Plaza. Sometime before the events of Splatoon 3, a train station was built. It is fairly small and only has one platform. The building has a rectangular shape and is made out of a light grey material. The entrance goes over the railway track to the platform on the other side.

Inkopolis Square

The Inkopolis Square train station (left)

The Inkopolis Square train station is located on the opposite side of the square to Deca Tower. In Splatoon 2, it was still being built. It is underground and has a green fence around the entrance. It has a sign above the entrance. Next to the train station, there is a small park.

The first time this station is selected, the player is taken to the Order Sector to begin Side Order. Before completing it, this station can not be accessed, only the Order Sector. After completing Side Order, both locations can be accessed.
