In Splatoon 3, it is a 0-star item produced by Zink and comes with the primary ability Run Speed Up.

Appearance
The Urchins Jersey is a black baseball jersey with thin vertical stripes and slightly thicker outlines on the collar, down the middle, and on the ends of the sleeves. It has the logo of a baseball team (likely the Urchins) on the left side of the chest, and on the back is a large Inkling symbol, likely a number, that resembles the number three, surrounded by smaller Inkling symbols, possibly a player's name. The logo and symbols, as well as the stripes and outlines, all change color to match that of the wearer's ink. The jersey also has black buttons that go left over right and a white label at the bottom with some text and a color-inverted version of the Zink logo. The inside of the sleeves are white.

The Urchins Jersey comes with Run Speed Up as the primary ability. As a 1-star item, the Urchins Jersey comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Zink gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Quick Super Jump and a lower chance of rolling Quick Respawn to fill its secondary ability slot.

When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 1-star item, the Urchins Jersey comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Zink gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Quick Super Jump and a lower chance of rolling Quick Respawn to fill its secondary ability slot.
Splatoon 3
Abilities
The Urchins Jersey comes with Run Speed Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 3, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 0-star item, the Urchins Jersey comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities. The star level may be increased with Super Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of it from Man-o'-Wardrobe for 10,000 (first), 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level to 1 or 2 stars will add a secondary ability slot per level, up to a maximum of three slots. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Since it is made by the Zink gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Quick Super Jump and a lower chance of rolling Quick Respawn to fill its secondary ability slots.

Trivia
- The symbol in the logo resembles the Japanese character う (as in うに, or "sea urchin") written backwards.
- An image of an early version of the Urchins Jersey was found in the files for Super Mario Maker. This version had more pinstripes and lacked outlines.
- The number on the back of the jersey resembles the number three (3).
