Uploading files from the computer

You see the sidebar on the left side of the screen? Under the Tools heading, you should see a link labeled "Upload file." Click on it and follow the steps on the page! I hope this helps c: --SundaeSquidTalk 21:19, 15 February 2019 (UTC)

In general, we only send welcomes to users to make at least one contribution. This saves a lot of time so you should probably only send a welcome to users if they fit this requirement.

Multiple accounts

Creating multiple accounts for no reason is against Inkipedia policy. I have blocked the other account, assuming this is the one you want to keep.
