Your edit to Steel Eel
While I understand you want to emphasize "very", the extra "r"s don't quite fit the tone of the page. Instead, may I suggest using an adjective such as "exceptionally" before very? Also, if you have an issue with others' edits to a specific page, you should comment on the page's talk page. The Ink Pump is for major, wiki-wide changes. Thank you for your help, and I hope you'll continue helping Inkipedia in the future! Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 20:24, 18 July 2017 (UTC)
Hello!
Hey Jsnsjej, It's great to see that you have such ambition to create new pages and expand the wiki here, but I think it's necessary to point out that there are some formalities (I assume I'm using that word correctly) that should be followed here. First off, you should definitely always double-check your edits to see that they have proper grammar and spelling. A good tip is to use the preview buttons before submitting your edits. Secondly, you should definitely look at other pages for reference (especially if they follow the same format-- for instance, if you're creating a new boss page, you should make it comparable to the other boss pages, etc.) just to keep that consistent and professional. Lastly, going off of that professional point, you should never express feelings or try to emphasize characteristics through text (i.e. Steel Eel), unless it's your own user page. For more on our guidelines, I would suggest that you take a look at INK:MOS, as it's definitely worth your time to take a look through it and get a sense of how to handle editing or creating future pages here at Inkipedia. Thanks for your time, and I can't wait to see how you'll improve Inkipedia down the road! Sigma talk 21:48, 18 July 2017 (UTC)
RE:hi
Hello again, Jsnsjej. Another thing you should look out for is when on talk pages is to always go to the "Add Topic" button instead of the "Edit" button unless what you're saying pertains to the most recent topic. Another thing is to always tend to the bottom of the talk page, as all talk pages are sorted from least recent to most recent. Oh, and don't forget to always sign your comments with four tildes (~). Thanks again for your time! Sigma talk 21:59, 18 July 2017 (UTC)
