Inkable Stage Area Editing
It's been driving me nuts that we're a month past the launch of splatoon 2 and the Total BP section of every map is still empty. I created this account to help out and make those calculations and edits myself but I can't figure out how to code that. I checked the code of some splatoon 1 maps to try to figure it out, but the Total BP section doesn't seem to appear in the code for that. How do I make these edits? Calculations Have Been Made
Hi there Slate, I went ahead and made the area calculations for the splatoon 2 maps with a large portion of the data being from youtube playthroughs as well as a few of my own matches. A couple things to note. The average map size is a decent amount larger at the launch of Splatoon 2 than it was at the launch of the first game. Only one map is under 2000p. Moray Towers and Port Mackerel are much larger than they were in the first game, each growing by over 400 inkable turf. Also at the time the Manta Maria was released, Sturgeon Shipyard seems to have grown by about 37p. Youtube let's plays from before Aug 26 have the Shipyard map hovering around 2355p whereas current playthroughs and my personal matches chart it at 2392p. I'm guessing this is because Manta Maria's area is nearly the same as the original area of Sturgeon Shipyard. I'd assume the change they made was making the drawbridges count for turf regardless of whether they are up or down. Finally, because Shifty Station is supposed to change each splatfest, I'm holding off on that one till after the Flight vs Invisibility splatfest so we have at least 2 instances of that map. How do I become an administrator

- Hi Joshie, you can apply to become an administrator at Inkipedia:Requests for Rights. However I must warn you that Inkipedia, along with other wikis, are free to edit by the community. Edits made to it are not "owned" by the editor -- you can request others do not own your userpage but articles are fair game to improve upon. Therefore if others feel that your addition is not necessary or improving the article, then it can be reverted. For example, your recent change to the Squash Headband simply said you yourself did not know what "squash" is. This isn't improving the wiki. Administrators have a responsibility of being impartial in resolving editors' points of views and maintaining a high standard for the wiki. Slate Talk Contribs 21:32, 25 August 2019 (UTC)

A lot of people have ideas for Splatoon 3 and we need a talk page for people to discuss their ideas and other people can come on and read the theories. Regarding your Comment on Logo Proposal 14
Greetings, Slate. I would have used the reply function on the original comment, though it's currently giving me an error message. The graffiti in the logos are recreations based on various Splatoon 3 promotional materials. None of them are vector files from Nintendo, as they don't release them to the public. At most they release the occasional raster file on websites and such. In short, all of the vector images were created by me, not Nintendo. If I'm misunderstanding the comment feel free to correct me. About a user
Apologies if this is something that's already been mentioned, especially if this is the wrong place for it/out of line for me to say, I'm new to the wiki and to wiki editing in general. I'm not calling for them to be banned or anything drastic like that, but the user Spring Sparkle Princess has been repeatedly making edits on the Shiver and Frye pages re-adding statements that have already been reverted several times. It's hard to say whether or not this is necessarily being done in bad faith, but just putting their own edits back up over and over without engaging in any conversation about it (ESPECIALLY on Shiver's page, what with it being protected and a note recently being added to the page source to avoid editing the "Gender" section without first discussing the change on the Talk page) feels like it's bordering on disruptive, at least to me. Once again, really sorry if this is not the place for this, I'm not trying to go out of my way to cause trouble for the sake of it, I just figured it was worth bringing up to someone. And if there's anything I could be doing that would be helpful elsewhere on the wiki, please let me know, I'd just like to help this place be as good as it can be if I'm able. Thank you. :> (Also sorry if I created this topic incorrectly, I just clicked the "Add topic" button at the top, is that right?
