Sheldon's Introduction

The Wasabi Splattershot is a Splattershot set featuring a few key adjustments by yours truly! The main weapon is pretty much the same as before, but Splat Bombs really amp up its frontline capability. Alternatively, try calling in an Inkstrike to scatter the bad guys and give your teammates the advantage! This is just the set for the discerning Inkling looking for something spicy!"(NA)[a]

A Splattershot set remade by Sheldon. The well-balanced main weapon is complemented by easy-to-use bombs. Really shines when used to hold the front lines against enemy assaults.

Wasabi Splattershot is a combination of Splatter (as well as Splat) and Shot. It also has the word Wasabi as a prefix to differentiate it from the Splattershot and the Tentatek Splattershot. The word Wasabi most likely refers to its color scheme.

Its Japanese name, スプラシューターワサビ Supurashūtā Wasabi, is a combination of either Splat or Splash, and Shooter. It contains the word "Wasabi" for the same reasons as its English name.
