White Sailor Suit
The White Sailor Suit is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
In Splatoon, it is a 2-star item produced by Forge and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main).
It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 
3,000.
In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by Forge and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main).
It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
3,000 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 6,000.
Appearance
The White Sailor Suit is, unsurprisingly, a white sailor suit, though it lacks the pants usually worn with one. The collar and ends of the sleeves are navy blue with thin white stripes, and the back of the collar sports a pair of small white arrows. The tie is a very dark gray, and just next to it on the wearer's chest is some dark gray Inkling text on a light gray background. The left sleeve is adorned with a navy blue, squid-like crest toward the shoulder and a pair of green stripes toward the wrist.

Abilities
The White Sailor Suit comes with Ink Saver (Main) as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the White Sailor Suit comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Forge gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Duration Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) to fill its secondary ability slots.

The White Sailor Suit comes with Ink Saver (Main) as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 2-star item, the White Sailor Suit comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Forge gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) to fill its secondary ability slots.
