Yellow Urban Vest

The Yellow Urban Vest is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.

In Splatoon, it is a 2-star item produced by Firefin and comes with the primary ability Haunt. It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for  3,000.

In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by Firefin and comes with the primary ability Haunt. It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for  4,100 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for  8,200.

Appearance

The Yellow Urban Vest consists of a yellow down vest and white short-sleeved shirt worn underneath. The vest has six dark gray buttons, two of which are on a pair of pockets. The inside of its collar is white, and it has a small version of Firefin's name in Inkling on the left side of the chest in blue. On the hem of the short-sleeved shirt, which pokes out from under the vest, there is a small white tag with the Firefin logo.

The Yellow Urban Vest comes with Haunt as the primary ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Clothing, prevents the wearer from also having Cold Blooded, Ninja Squid, or Recon. As a 2-star item, the Yellow Urban Vest comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Firefin gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) and a lower chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
