#$@%* Dudes Be #$@%* Sleepin' (Live)[1] is a song performed by Pearl.
Description
#$@%* Dudes Be #$@%* Sleepin' (Live) is a fast-paced heavy metal song featuring harsh guitar, bass, and drums in the background, with lyrics by Pearl. The song appears to be vulgar, given its title, the fact that it never played on the radio for "obvious reasons", and the bleep censor heard in the middle of the song. Based on the title of the song in Russian, the lyrics might be about how Pearl feels her team is not helping with her matches. At the end of the performance, a large crash can be heard (implied to be Pearl's loud voice destroying something in the venue), followed by grumbling from the audience, and Pearl speaking into the mic.
It appears as a music file in Session 9 of Marina's chat room under the file name "rec_bow_down_ball_gig08.mp8" (the "mp8" filename being a parody of the MP3 filename used for digital audio, with the number eight being a common theme of the Octo Expansion). Pearl brings up the song as she and Marina are reminiscing over her early career, mentioning that it only sold 1,000 copies from both physical and digital sales, and stations refused to play it due to its explicit nature; Off the Hook would release Ebb & Flow soon after, kicking off their ascent to fame. After sending the file, Pearl states that the song is titled "#$@%* Dudes Be #$@%* Sleepin". However, it has "(Live)" added to its name in Octotune and Nintendo Music, with the English version of the latter also adding an apostrophe at the end of "Sleepin'".
Although it is stated in-game that #$@%* Dudes Be #$@%* Sleepin' (Live) is a solo song by Pearl, the Octotune booklet lists it as an Off the Hook song. The track listings on vendors' websites and the Nintendo Music app instead credit just Pearl as the artist, though the latter uses the Off the Hook album art regardless.

Etymology
The title appears to be an expression of anger from Pearl about the unhelpfulness of her teammates in battles, which is supported by the song's names in other languages. The grawlixes are used to denote that the unseen full title is vulgar.
