Drizzle Season 2024 was the ninth season of Splatoon 3. The season began on 1 September 2024 and ended on 30 November 2024.

Seasonal rewards
The Shell-Out Machine featured the rare titles and banners of the previous Drizzle Seasons. Having none of the Jackpots rewards the player with one of the two banners or titles. Having all Drizzle Season Jackpots already will turn any gold or silver capsule drawn within this season into a bronze one.

Events
As with the first anniversary of Splatoon 3 during Drizzle Season 2023, Drizzle Season 2024 featured both a Big Run and a Splatfest event within the same month.
Splatfest

Global | Also known as Grand Festival, this final Splatfest commemorated the second anniversary of Splatoon 3. Set up as the biggest Splatfest in the Splatoon series, it took place in a new area in the Crater, temporarily replacing the main plazas. Tricolor Battle was uniquely unlocked immediately as the event began, featuring all previous Tricolor stages as well as the Grand Splatlands Bowl.
The Squid Sisters, Off the Hook and Deep Cut represented each Splatfest Team as individual groups rather than each Deep Cut idol individually representing a team. The three bands continuously performed on three stages within the Festival grounds for the first 48 hours, then appeared together as the Now or Never Seven singing Three Wishes during the last 24 hours. |

Big Run

The Grand Splatlands Bowl is the seventh multiplayer stage to be played on during Big Run. Unlike previous sites, this stage became available for the first time during the event. It is located at the construction site of the Grand Festival, which took place the weekend after. It featured a global Golden Egg counter, and reaching 700,000,000 Golden Eggs or higher would reward every player with fish scales. | 7 September 2024 to 9 September 2024 |
