I apologize if this sounds dumb, but the primary reason I'm applying for an admin position is to block every instance of that flatulent user and maybe improving the abuse filter. The ability to delete (splat) pages and anything else are just bonuses. Yeah, I swear I won't do dumb shenanigans when I am serving my duty.   • I think that you're an excellent contributor and I know we'll definitely keep you in mind the next time we're in need of an administrator. However, the reasons you mentioned being an admin are solely for a temporary period. We are currently not in a drought of activity. We have a bot and active admins working on stopping spam. In addition, requesting for rights should be mainly about your own contributions rather than retaliation to the contributions of others. I'd not put the carriage before the horse. Gain some trust with edits on a regular basis. I'm sorry to write this and I appreciate your request, but I hope you continue to edit. I'd like to see you become an admin in the future!   • The wiki does not need temporary admins. The wiki could always benefit from having more permanent admins. I will support you in the future if you are interested in becoming a permanent admin. Heddy (talk) 16:53, 3 April 2022 (UTC)
  • Exaskliri here. In response to Shahar and Heddy, you are right that I do not currently see any need for being an admin, besides, you know, that one user.
