I would like to know how to make the signature code for my signature. Could somebody help me? Mr Squid (talk) 16:19, 24 March 2016 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Would it be at all helpful...

To make linking to userpages or user talk pages in one's sig mandatory? It would probably be easier to get in direct contact with users that way. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 16:15, 25 March 2016 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Yeah, userpage at the very least. A link to talk might not be as important, but I say the userpage link should be required to prevent confusion. --Bzeep! talk 16:18, 25 March 2016 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Why can I edit this page

Should this page not be locked so that non-admins can not edit it? -tecanec (talk) 13:37, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I added some protection so that only those exceeding a certain account age and edit count can modify the policy pages. While rule changes require discussion and agreement among admins, non-admins can still edit policy pages if they want to make changes that do not require discussion, such as typo fixing or clarification or adding info on Inkipedia's history. That makes sense. -tecanec (talk) 13:40, 22 June 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

A wording

It says "signatures are purely wiki markup... does it mean exactly what it says, or does it mean "signatures that are purely wiki markup? Just wondering, people might be reading this wrong. £|_@|\/|1232(Talk) 00:46, 17 April 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

It does mean exactly what it says. It essentially means that any form of wikicode can be used in creating a signature, but there are certain exceptions you shouldn't do due to etiquette. GloverMist (talk) 08:40, 17 April 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Alright. Just making sure. thanks! Flame(Talk) 12:59, 17 April 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]
