General
Multiplayer battle songs from previous games sometimes play in the lobby as well. Following the version 3.0.0 update, the jukebox can be used to manually set the lobby's music to any of a selection of songs, including some songs from previous games that do not play at any other point in the game. The Got It! jingle from Splatoon returns, too.
Battle
After the Version 2.0.0 update, the name of the song playing is shown in the bottom right of the screen at the beginning of a battle.
Splatfest
Maritime Memory and Into the Light return from previous games, playing after the end of a Splatfest in Inkopolis Plaza and Inkopolis Square respectively.
