I don't mean to be rude, but it's on the cover of the 13th book. He also wears a hat there (I'm pretty sure it's the Treasure Hunter) but he wears it more on his tentacles than on his head. Cherry [Talk]

Goggles in Art of Splatoon 2???

Is Goggles the Agent 3 in the Manga?
Rider was Agent 3.5, but I thought Cuttlefish referred to Goggles as Agent 3. -Random 16:12, 1 May 2023 (UTC)
