Follow requests?

Does anyone know if the Twitter account actively confirms/denies follow requests? I tried to follow it but got an error, don't know if that's a thing or if my Twitter is just glitching. Now dat's a nutty squid. 04:01, 7 July 2017 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Yes, I can confirm this. Only authorised users can follow, I have sent a request though. --Raltseye (talk) 08:52, 7 July 2017 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Quotes?

Does Mr. Grizz have a quotation page? Or should we create it on this page? Pyro (user) (talk) 15:44, 24 July 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Adding a quotation section to the article would be a good idea, as long as you're willing to add the quotes. Heddy (talk) 21:10, 24 July 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Random Thing

Splatana, there's no proof that Mr. Grizz eats all the Golden Eggs, and if there is, shouldn't it go on the Golden Egg or Mr. Grizz page? - SquidIcon.png AlreadySplattedS2 Weapon Main Kensa Octobrush.png

Grizzco Gear

I feel that we should include the month each piece of Grizzco gear is added to the game, as each month brings a new Gizzco gear. Kenderman123 (talk) 21:47, 14 December 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Office Attire

We need to create a page for the Office Attire. I can't figure out how to do that myself so...it needs to get done Bravebravesirbrian (talk) 15:42, 2 March 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Grizzco Weapon demonstrations?

I'm thinking that the Grizzco Weapons (Blaster, Brella, Charger & Slosher) probably need demonstration videos and data sections on their respective articles like the other Main Weapons, but they have to be in online wildcard SR matches. I'm still on my hiatus from playing S2, so someone else could do it. Just an idea. 🙂 P.J. GT (talk) 23:50, 3 November 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Inspiration for Grizzco Employee Uniform Appearances?

Is it possible that the appearances of the Grizzco Employee uniforms are based of real-life ones?

  • Splatoon 2's is possibly based off of "in-water fishing" (hence the rubber gloves and overalls).
  • Splatoon 3's is possibly based off of "coast guard attire" (hence the jumpsuit design and chopper-pilot headphones + mic).

Just wanted to show my thoughts. Sincerely, P.J. GT(talk)SSBU Inkling Boy.png 00:41, 23 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

It was shown that the Splatoon 2 outfit was based off this in the art book (I can provide a pic if needed for proof), so I think this should definitely be mentioned somewhere for that, and as for the Splatoon 3 one, I agree but idk if it should be mentioned too. grizzico shooter(?)

Somebody needs to change the word "shooter" with the word "blaster." Since I am new, I don't know how to edit charts. the octoling girl 14:17, 27 September 2022 (UTC)

Isnt this more fanon? it hasnt been confirmed, and the only evidence we have is the ear-peice appearing after defeating return of the mamallions, even if thats alot of evidence it still feels wrong having this in the very beggining of the article with its questionable state of canon Lake (talk) 13:51, 11 October 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

It's very strongly implied canon. Beyond the earpiece - which is pretty damning anyway, since the only other change (outside story mode) after Mr. Grizz's defeat is a direct change to Grizzco - there's also the fact that Lil Judd's Tableturf deck is entirely made of Salmonid cards, and that he's been planning a power grab of some kind according to the sea scrolls.
There's nothing to suggest that this isn't the case, and it's all but directly confirmed that it is. Silverbrick (talk) 04:03, 30 October 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
fair, fair, thanks for the response! LakePuddle 🗩 🖉 17:19, 3 November 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Trivia correction needed?

Under trivia, when relating Grizzco to real-world companies there is this line: "The company hires anyone and everyone without checking for qualifications or experience, and the "turnover rate" is high with employees being picked up and dropped on a whim, resulting in most of the employees being easily preyed-upon young teenagers."

However, that does not accurately reflect the experience of Grizzco. At least in Splatoon 3 (I did not play the prior games), Grizzco will turn away players that are not at least level 4, thus the claim of "anyone and everyone without checking for qualifications or experience" is not correct.

Additionally, is there any case in-game of any particular "turnover rate", employees being picked up and dropped, or the average age of those employees being young teenagers? While the statement may be an accurate one for some real-world cases, I do not believe this qualifies as trivia for Grizzco as I do not see how it is actually true, and thus trivia, for Grizzco itself.

"Trivia" that does not actually apply to the topic should not be included, regardless of what the real-world analogue has. JarieSuicune (talk) 17:15, 3 November 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
