Potential name derivation for Inkadia?
I want to seek clarification and opinions before someone puts this up on the main page, but I think that the term "Inkadia" may be derived from "Ink" and "Arcadia", which is essentially a utopia of unspoiled wilderness. Considering how the Inkadia region is described as a "haven" (from the map) the comparisons wouldn't be too far fetched, but I want to hear out everyone else's opinions first. Located or inspired?
The page says Inkadia is located in what used to be Japan, but when did the developers say this? All the page says is that areas are based on locations in Japan but I see fair arguments that it might be located in Europe as well. Furthermore, I believe it was said that Inkopolis Square was based on Times Square, New York. Unless there is something I am missing, I suggest changing it.Islar74 (talk) 13:36, 24 October 2022 (UTC)
- A different version of the map has some additional labels, directly labeling actual Japanese geographical features. That's definite enough to state that, in my opinion. Cad48 (talk) 14:58, 24 October 2022 (UTC)
