Manga character page consistency

I think that since many other manga character pages such as Vintage don't have "character" in them, Omega (character) should be moved to just "Omega." Additionally I think that all manga character pages should be moved to "Name (character)" or just "Name." It's way too inconsistent right now. Any opinions? I think it should have the "Name (character)". It would make sense to people searching the name that they are a character. Also many names already have pages without the character part (Goggles, Bobble Hat, Skull, Rider) ChessMaster [TALK] 16:55, 27 January 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I support the all "Name (character)" idea because, with a character like Mask, if we took the "(character)" part off, it would be confused with the disambiguation page about masks since they both have the same title. Cynical Prince (talk) 17:14, 27 January 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I think that since most of the manga characters have the same name as the gear that they wear, it would be much easier to have the (character) part. Even ones that aren't the full gear name (Omega, Goggles, Headphones, etc) should have it I think, since like Cynical Prince was saying, just searching those would lead to disambiguation pages. I agree that we should move them all to "Name (character)" and have their names lead to a disambiguation page. EminenceTalk 19:28, 27 January 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
For what it's worth, I think that any character that has a unique name not already used as a content page title, like Vintage, Omega, or Goggles, should have their names with no brackets, while any others should have (character) on the end to distinguish. Even ones like Goggles or Headphones should be OK without (character) as the disambigs could have (disambiguation) put on the end. But that's just my idea. I agree to some extent that unique names shouldn't have it (Prinz, Army, Vintage, Emperor, etc) but names like Goggles and Headphones might be confusing to someone who doesn't know the full gear name or doesn't know much about the manga characters' names.WoomyGirl85 (talk) 23:23, 27 January 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
