The "Training Wheel" Detail

Hello everyone~ I noticed one thing during the Octo Expansion ending: Princess Cannon has a pair of training wheels that has been referenced multiple times, while normal Killer Wail doesn't. Since I'm still new here and English is not my first language (hello from Indonesia 👋😄), would anyone be willing to add these details, either in the trivia or in the appearance?
