Suggesting change to general purpose

@Sunmarsh The § symbol from this template is cool. I've seen Wikipedia adopt it as a symbol for section linking just like how this template uses it. But I don't think there is any reason to have it specific to Salmon Run. I suggest changing the template to work for section linking on any article. The template could be renamed to "Template:Section" and usage could look like {{Section|PageName|SectionName}}, so doing {{Section|Salmon Run|Rewards}} would produce Salmon Run § Rewards.
