From Inkipedia, the Splatoon wiki

The Salmon Run Splatfests are a type of Splatfests invented by me. This page includes the complete guide of my idea.

Basics

Salmon Run Splatfest goes out of normal Turf War Battles and gives the spotlight to Grizzco and the Work Shifts.

The rules?, Simple, collect the most Golden and Power Eggs for your team.

Participate in Shifts

The Shifts matchmaking is quite simple, there are 2 forms for participating:

The first one and the most accurate is to play in Freelance Shifts with random players that are not participating on the Splatfests during the selected rotation, and then submitting the total of Golden Eggs and Power Eggs via Screenshot (SplatNet 3).

There is another form that is more difficult, it consists in the creation of Private Jobs with your friends that selected the same team as you, and then play shifts with the weapons you want and the hazard level you want. (This works for people who wants to get a lot of golden eggs and power eggs and haves a low Grizzco Rank)

But remember, the higher the hazard level is, the more golden eggs you get!

Announcements

The themes are shown in this page with the Idols quotes to!

Rules and Formula

Here is the following formula about the Salmon Run Splatfests:

The theme is announced a few days before the event. The event starts, and then the results are shared.

Sneak Peek

Salmon Run Splatfests includes a Sneak Peek before the Main Event. The rotation before the selected rotation for the Main Event is consider the Sneak Peek rotation.

The Sneak Peek objective is to get the most Fish Scales (you get them by confronting Cohozuna). The types of Fish Scales doesn't matter, they are all count as if they were Bronze Scales, the only thing that matters is the number.

The team with the most fish scales at the end of the Sneak Peek and the start of the Main Event will get 10p for the Final Results.

Main Event

When the Main Event Rotation starts, the real deal starts too.

At the end of a Shift the number of Golden and Power Eggs collected are shown, this numbers will be going to the Final Results.

If a Shift ends in Defeat the total number of Power Eggs and Golden Eggs get halved in two (Example: if you collected 10 Golden Eggs and 800 Power Eggs but lost, the Final Results will only count 5 Golden and 400 Power Eggs).

If you get Xtrawaves during the Main Event the Fish Scales get converted to Golden Eggs, Bronze counts as 10 Golden Eggs, Silver as 15 and Gold as 20.

Results

The Results are determined with this Categories:

- Fish Scales (Sneak Peek) 10p - Votes 10p - Golden Eggs 15p - Power Eggs 10p

Other Info

The Splatfest gets 3 teams per theme.

Trivia (Invented)

• The Salmon Run Splatfest are not real Splatfests at all, they are only a strategy of Mr. Grizz for Grizzco to get more Golden Eggs.
