  • The Ink Pump is the place to discuss wiki-wide things, including ideas, proposals, and questions.
  • Come join us on Discord to chat or play Splatoon!
  • Sign any comments you make on discussion or talk pages using four tildes (~~~~).
  • Visit the Recent Changes to see all the latest edits.
  • If you need help using and editing the wiki, MediaWiki Help is a good place to start.
  • If you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to ask any other editors or staff members - they don't bite!

Again, welcome, and we're glad you're joining us! Sincerely, Inkling luke.png Inkling talk.png 16:32, 12 February 2019 (UTC)

Welcoming

Hi,

In general, we only send welcomes to users to make at least one contribution. This saves a lot of time so you should probably only send a welcome to users if they fit this requirement.

Thanks, Inkling luke.png Inkling talk.png 16:32, 12 February 2019 (UTC)

In addition, to correctly welcome someone (so the signature appears in the right spot) it is necessary to type {{subst:welcome}} instead of {{welcome}}. This places the signature inside the box, where it should be, so don't add ~~~~ yourself. Heddy (talk) 00:31, 13 February 2019 (UTC)

@User talk:Heddy Useful. Thank you! ArcheryPrincess (talk) 11:04, 13 February 2019 (UTC)

Heya!! I'm SundaeSquid, but you can just call me Sundae if you'd like :) I saw your deletion request on Talk:Fresh Start and even though I'm not an admin or anything, I just wanted to let you know that it's not really irrelevant, since what is being said is regarding the page Fresh Start. Talk pages are for discussing the content on the page the talk is for, and most pages' talks are not created because they haven't had relevant topics to be discussed yet. I hope this makes sense, and I apologize if this message comes off as rude or harsh in any way. Have a good day! --SundaeSquidS Weapon Main Octobrush.pngTalk 23:07, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
