It looks like you either haven't voted on GuyPerfect's request for rights, Lumoshi's demotion, or both. Please consider reading those issues and voting on them! Thanks, NepetaLast (talk)

Welcome!

Welcome to Inkipedia, Hero231!

We're glad you decided to create an account and join us at the free, editable encyclopedia all about Splatoon! You are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand our coverage of the game. Here are some things to keep in mind while editing:
  • Create your user page, your own personal space to introduce yourself!
  • The Ink Pump is the place to discuss wiki-wide things, including ideas, proposals, and questions.
  • Come join us on Skype to chat or play Splatoon!
  • Sign any comments you make on discussion or talk pages using four tildes (~~~~).
  • Visit the Recent Changes to see all the latest edits.
  • If you need help using and editing the wiki, MediaWiki Help is a good place to start.
  • If you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to ask any other editors or staff members - they don't bite!

Again, welcome, and we're glad you're joining us! Sincerely,

RE:Just a note

Surprisingly, the welcome message is not automatic. We decided to add it manually, because there are a lot of accounts that are created but never end up editing. I suppose you didn't get the message in July because one of us forgot to leave it on your talk page! I thought I'd do it today to make up for that. Sorry for any confusion! - ShrimpPin 19:23, 11 August 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Ink Colors

This page should help you out. It tells you the name of each color and what they look like. The number does not correspond to a color, but rather the size of the ink square.

For example,
{{ink|pink|16}} becomes   and {{ink|blue|32}} becomes  .

Gear formatting

Copying this and replacing my gear with yours should do the trick. Have fun! Inkling luke.png (Inkling talk.png) 21:20, 11 August 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

RE:Positions

Hey, Hero231! You can find out more about staff positions Inkipedia:Staff. Even more is given here, which is also where you can apply for a position.

Bureaucrat enables users to promote and demote users to administrator or bureaucrat at will. Administrators can delete pages, block users, and promote and demote users to patroller. Patrollers are expected to be the most active out of all users, and mainly combat vandalism and patrol every edit to make sure that it's a quality one.

Today, I gave patroller rights to almost every user who has made more than 100 edits in the past month- but this is not a permanent position, and can be removed without notice. If a patroller is inactive or does not patrol pages, their rights will most likely be removed. The same goes for admins and bureaucrats- if an administrator or bureaucrat has gone 30 days without editing or does not perform their duty, they will be demoted. Because patrollers are expected to be the most active, however, their period of inactivity is closer to 7 days before their rights are removed.

Hopefully, this cleared things up! If you believe you're ready for rights, just make sure you're experienced enough and are trusted by the community before heading on over to the requests page. - ShrimpPin 01:56, 13 August 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I thought I was the only one!

I see we were on the same team for the August 29 Splatfest. 😉 --Bzeep! talk 20:14, 12 September 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Re:Inkling Picture

Take a screenshot on Miiverse and save it from the web version. I cropped it in Photoshop after that. Inkling luke.png (Inkling talk.png) 19:39, 13 September 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

RE:Tables

Adding mw-collapsible mw-collapsed to the class should do the trick! -ShrimpPinsig.pngSquidIcon.pngShrimpPinTalk.png 21:33, 24 October 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Edit Counter

Hey, I made a blog post that tells you how to determine how many edits you have. I suggest using this over the number in your Preferences, because that one counts all of your edits, and not just your mainspace ones. If you have any trouble just ask me! :) -ShrimpPinsig.pngSquidIcon.pngShrimpPinTalk.png 00:57, 26 October 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
