Sizzle Season 2024 is the upcoming eighth season in Splatoon 3.
Announcement
Sizzle Season 2024 was announced on 16 May 2024 on the @SplatoonNA and @SplatoonJP Twitter accounts. A higher-quality trailer was also uploaded to Nintendo's official North American and Japanese YouTube accounts.
Weapons
This season will add at least 6 variants of already existing weapons and introduced 2 new weapon types for the Stringer and Splatana classes, respectively. All eight specials have been confirmed; Splattercolor Screen, Triple Splashdown, Triple Inkstrike, Super Chump, Kraken Royale, Ultra Stamp, Big Bubbler, and Crab Tank. However, this is still unofficial.

- A new Salmon Run Next Wave event called BIG Big Run will be introduced in Sizzle Season 2024.
- During BIG Big Run, all previous Big Run stages will be available to play.
- All three King Salmonids will appear at the same time during BIG Big Run as The Triumvirate.

- A new song by SashiMori, Amalgamania, will be added as a song that may play during Multiplayer matches.
