Tubular 8-Ball Station is a mission in the upcoming Octo Expansion.
Gameplay
A gameplay video of this mission shows that the main objective is to guide an 8-Ball along narrow walkways by shooting it with a Splattershot Jr.. The ball can be moved between areas with special rails.
